The entitlement of the fans is off the scale. They'd be buggered without the owners family.
This is what does me in about Leicester. Their short term purple patch has clearly gone to many off their heads, and their treatment of their owner and Brendan Rogers was nothing short of disgusting. This guy won them the FA Cup and they force him out? Contrast that with how we've rallied behind SC this season.

That, and their neanderthal fans smashing up family pubs and assaulting our players, in a odd attempt to ignite some non-existent rivalry they clearly crave. Less for Notts Police to do next year with them in the Championship.

Don't get me started on their "singing section" and dreadful stadium. They're up there with the worst fans in the country.

Most of their decent fans (they do have some) would agree.

It's all a bit Wenger / Arsenal

it's funny how the fans hounded the manager out but refuse to blame the bone idle players. The likes of tielmanns and maddison who have ability but they don't turn up for every game and the fans applaud them off the pitch because they finally put some effort in on the last day.

Aye... the amount of effort the Fester players had put in has been close to shocking.

It shows how quickly the fans can turn, its hard to see what the owners could have done any better for them, that's Leicester fans for you though.

Essentially the lesson to learn is that it if you trial a "Sack the board section" it needs to be kept apart from the "Singing section" and the "Social Media trolls section" otherwise the three can get intertwined and members get confused and start crossing over responsibilities with chaos ensuing.

Just sticking to one singing section and an approved list of songs (Its a list of one really which is to change the pace of Lestoh Lestoh, Lestoh in accordance with urgency) will help them become the club they deserve to be.

I hate to say it but if they want to compete with the might of "The Loud enders" they need to make it work sharpish.

Even the decent Leicester fans I know didn't like Rodgers, apparently he cost them 4th place twice. Which is sound logic if you believe them dropping one place on final day is 100% a manager fault, but them being 4th after 37 games is 0% thanks to the manager

I've thought for a while that those missed champions league places would cost them, but I thought it would just stop them being a long-term top side, I never expected relegation

All the comments I see online seem to think it's karma for sacking ranieri, but honestly the problems began when they won the league and wanted to please him. I believe (correct me if im wrong) they sacked the guys responsible for two of the greatest signings in English football history, Kante and Mahrez, to give ranieri more power to get his own players. They won the league then spent 29mil on silmani

Looking at the transfers that season and the next you're looking at 150mil on liked of silmani, Bartosz Kapustka, mendy, silva, iborra, iheanacho was 25mil and has had one spell of decent form in the 5 years since

Obviously we all know this but now we've stayed up and have that solid core to our squad we need to learn from Leicester. Make very careful signings (I'm looking at you two wood and shelvey) and no loans against future earnings! Two of the closest teams to us screwed themselves big time with that sort of stuff, as a fan base I genuinely think we need to be wary of it and IF we see it happening with our club in the future speak out against potentially devastating long-term problems because we're searching for very short-term gains

Well said.

Leicester's demise is down to poor decisions and complacency, more than anything else. A cautionary tale indeed.

And terrible recruitment. They brought a mess of players who didn’t fit a team ethos and then chopped and changed manager when it didn’t work, and of course, the new manager always wants his own men.
