Sauce salad?
They do, but they shouldn't.They change if the player is on one yellow and deserves a second.

I agree.Quite frankly I don't care what was told to him before the game. There should be NO instructions whatsoever given to a ref,the rules of a game are written down and those should be followed to a tee, we're not talkimg about an under 8s game where a child has been scared to get a ball to the face and lifted his hands.
Any instructions that aren't within the rule book can be used quite easily for match/bet fixing and determining results knowing they can justify their decision.
When things are written down, there should be no grey areas and that's in any walk of life as there can be no misunderstanding and that means no issues.
I dunno---for me this is a PK. Having said that, if PKs are wrongly given, or even highly questionable, the ref on field should be instructed to go have a look. These are game defining moments.Manchester City should not have had first penalty versus Wolves - panel
Manchester City's first penalty against Wolves should not have been given, an independent panel sayswww.bbc.co.uk
Another week, another load of horseshit.
They agreed it wasn’t a penalty 3/2 but agreed VAR shouldn’t have intervened. Why not if they thing it was the wrong decision?
Also no mention of why they did intervene for the second penalty.
No mention of solanke being manhandled in the box far more conclusively by the Arsenal defender just prior to the ‘foul’ on the keeper.
Where is this threshold gone? Some rightly said it wasn’t enough to bring impede the keeper some said it wasn’t it enough to bring havertz down. Yet the majority still felt it was!!
Farcical, they don’t know what they are doing and are making it up as they go along.
I think this is it. We all know some of the decisions are subjective. So let the ref in charge make the call at least then the game is reffed to the same standard. I don’t even think the ref has made a mistake, he may have been obstructed, missed the incident at split second or whatever. Surely the technology is there to assist him.I dunno---for me this is a PK. Its interesting they've used Jarred Gillett for this, as I think hes been the best ref in the Prem for most of the season.Ever seen this before?! Amazing footage from Premier League Ref Cam between Crystal Palace and Manchester United

Sub 2 minute clip from the best ref who's never in any controversy....
... PGMOL: "Look we are nice and fair people really."
It's quicker when you don't have to devise a party line.Took 'em - what - 3 days to release that footage.
How long for the audio from the Everton game.....?
He is, and the interesting bit there also, is that Jarred was already a qualified ref over in Australia, and came over to England to either do a PhD or some postdoctoral research (in something else, can't remember exactly) so registered as a ref over here too.Its interesting they've used Jarred Gillett for this, as I think hes been the best ref in the Prem for most of the season.
The video of his last game in Australia is fantastic,He is, and the interesting bit there also, is that Jarred was already a qualified ref over in Australia, and came over to England to either do a PhD or some postdoctoral research (in something else, can't remember exactly) so registered as a ref over here too.
I know Sky were looking at all sorts. I do think the media ***** are causing a lot of the nonsense we see with decisions. But the commentators and Redknapp and Dawson genuinely discussed if Chelsea should have had a penalty when Jackson, who was trying to foul the keeper, then went down like a sack of shit with the slightest shove. Also, not sure if anybody noticed but there was a Chelsea offside which the ref waved advantage to us for as Sels had the ball. Sels then gave it to Murillo who put the ball down and touched it with his hand.
You can probably guess which long haired throbber in a blue shirt immediately went screaming to ref for a penalty.
Pretty sure they just let us have a free kick but I was surprised more wasn’t made of it.
Jackson was at Aina every time they got a corner. Pushing him, hands up in his chest and neck, then throwing himself to the floor. It was pathetic but the ref could easily have stopped it, a free kick awarded as soon as the corner is taken will focus his mind.I know Sky were looking at all sorts. Then Jackson seemed to go down like a sack of shit again when Sels kicked the ball and they were going on again and I think var even looked at it. Absolutely laughable.
