I'm very disappointed with this announcement (remember the announcement about announcements?). If it had been linked with even a proposal for improvements to facilities it would have been more acceptable. As it is it sums up what the UK has become, rip-off.

2 Season cards for years in middle of upper BC. Cost will be £1700. Struggling to justify it to be honest. £550 2 seasons ago was steep. £660 last year was pushing their luck. How the f*** do you justify £550 to £850 in 2 years?
Factor in parking, fuel, a beer and a chippy and I'm in for close to £3k a year. Without any cup or away games. £3k for 19 games is close to £158 a game. £3k is a fortnight 5* all inclusive on the Algarve
It's a massive piss take. Upper BC is a shit hole, concourse is horrendous, toilets are rank and food/drink I wouldn't feed to the dogs
Still, don't renew and some other poor sap will be in the queue willing to pay it

I was told in confidence a few weeks ago, by someone in Commercial, that some would pay 38% more. I wasn't sure to believe him or not but here we are!
Mine has gone up 13%.
I'm sure that there will soon be a block of seats for football tourists, that will happily pay £200 plus for the matchday experience....providing we are still PL of course!

whatever division we are in next season (although they say they are preparing to be a
member of the Premier League for the 2024/25 season!).
