I don't get why people say "refs can't be corrupt". You have to be naive at best, but realistically ridiculously stupid to not think that a referee can't be bought in today's football where's there are literally hundreds of millions of £ at stake.

In every industry in every country there are corrupt people, people who literally will do anything for a brown bag of cash, except British refs

Well the story goes they won't but we might - he's had a slow start for them but seems to have become a mainstay. Whether that's enough to secure a move to us I'm not sure, and imagine it's all tied in with Murillo and possibly even Niakhate given his preferred foot.

He fits the profile of young superstar linked to Liverpool for big money - you can imagine Miltiadis salivating while wiggling his fingers warm for twitter (I'm not being serious with the last line but some on here lap that shit up so why not join in?)

A very solid and reliable CB. Great on the air, positionally perfect, combative. He doesn't look like a 18m CB, but he certainly does his job, day in day out.
