Matchday nerves kicking in. Got some work to do in the greenhouse first, so I can immerse myself in that and ease into the game. Surface in time to see the team sheet, drink a couple of beers and cook the steak.

I worry that Nuno was settling on a team, then injuries and AFCON came along and ruined his plans. Since then he's been messing about with odd experiments which have ruined any sense of team building. I hope he gets it right today, I don't want to be the team that gifts Palace three points breaks their poor run of form and allows them to escape the relegation battle.

Three points for Larry today, please.

LOWER TRENT - There will be a minutes applause for Larry Lloyd before KO. Straight after this we need the back rows to look up and catch what’s coming.

Please then send forward to the front.

To aid the unveil we will require some extra Lower Trent helpers. If you can assist, please meet us in the corner near the TV studio at half 2.

In LOWER BRIDGFORD we will have lots of flags on seats. As will be occupied at the other end of the ground we’d be grateful for anyone who can help collect up after MoK and place either in the area in front of the big screen or in the bins at the front / in the corner.
