It’s all pretty shocking. In most other organisations/business there are policies and procedures outlining timeframes for appeals/outcomes/responses for HR stuff. I don’t buy these conspiracy theories but again this process lacks transparency and timeliness which fuels people’s theories and mistrust.
In your "other organisations/business" where they have these "timeframes" does this "transparency" extend to publishing the dates to customers?

Yeah, recent example got car parking fine from council, reading letter it outlines appeal process and the timeframes to do this and the time it would take to get outcome. Given the grand scale of FFP and the impact the appeal will have on the league surely it outlined a greater need to be transparent and provide clear timeframes so everyone was aware.

This is the Premier League making it up as they go along.

While I agree with you on the conspiracy...

I also expect the outcome will have been agreed at the appeal hearing but legal parties will have agreed an embargo for the final draft.
Yes, it’s about time Forest were involved in an embargo again, it’s been a while since the last one!

If they're giving us a point back that would relegate Burnley before next weekends matches. Imagine the reaction that would get. I think they're waiting and hoping that Burnley and Luton lose so then they can announce the reduction when it makes no difference to the relegation fight.

Burnley gonna go down anyway as they won't beat Spurs.

May as well give us the point back now whilst Luton still have an opportunity to recover it. If they draw at weekend and we get our one point back after then it doesn't just relegated a team it ends the relegation battle entirely.

I have to exempt my beautiful Val from this discussion. I wish I could post pictures on here, she was way above my pay grade
I'm not posting any pics or trying to brag but my partner is damn fine.
She is the twin sister of Zendaya almost identical other than my partner is 5'5" and not 5'9"
The amount of times she gets stopped and asked for Autographs or asked if she is Zendaya is ridiculous and frankly annoying

That sounds great until Luton and Burnley pull off surprise results this weekend-thereby
making any announcement on points back next week even more controversial.
I think they need to get on with it and reveal the outcome now.
I believe Burnley are doomed regardless.

Can they just announce it already. No points back - appeal failed etc, who cares, just need the clarity now and then we can beat Chelsea at the weekend to shut them all up.

Percy suggesting Burnley could be relegated without a ball being kicked, Forest confident of Points reduced.
Promising but if I remember right we were also confident we could re-register Steve Cook after the January deadline last season and we were also confident that we had a good enough case to not be deducted any points at all.

What if it goes down to the last game, are they going to announce it after the season is over?

The longer they leave it, the more chaos and repercussions there might be.

Interesting listening to the latest Talksport podcast, Alex Crook saying there is confidence around Forest they will get at least a few back.
This isn’t a dig at you just the whole charade. Confidence based on what? It’s the same as all the statements about the Conservatives winning the London Mayoral election. Someone says something, it is a rumour, someone repeats it is now a strong rumour from various sources. A third person says it and “confidence is growing”, etc.

Yeah Could just be a case of project confidence so they can be outraged when we get nothing back.
