Sick of FFP and all this VAR shit.

Sheff Utd, Burnley and Luton FFS.

Gets the points on the field and stay up. The time for excuses is over.
That’s the real issue isn’t it? We can’t just go out and beat a team.

We haven’t beaten a single ‘lesser’ club except Sheffield United all season. We been needed 2 games and extra time to beat Blackpool and Bristol City.

No excuses. Go out and win 3 games.

Point off Chelsea, get 7 points and move on.

It’s up to us now.

I thought we'd beat Palace at home, we didn't

I thought we'd beat Wolves at home, we didn't

But I'm clearly insane as I think we'll get a point on Sunday against Citeh and beat Chelsea

My head is a fun place to be at times
Yeah I'd like to think like you but can't see us beating city or getting a point, like you say we've had so many games which we should have won but didn't.

Giving us a single point back will make no difference to the outcome of the relegation fight so that's what I expect them to do with a surrounding bullshit narra6

It might well make all the difference in my opinion.

Forest: Lose to Man City, beat Sheff Utd, draw vs Chelsea, draw vs Burnley: Takes us to 31 points.

Luton: Draw vs Wolves, beat Everton, lose to West Ham, beat Fulham. Takes them to 32 points.

Get a point back in this scenario we stay up on GD. Don't get a point back and we're forced to needing to win on the last day.

Here come the howls of derision that Luton won't get 7 points from 4, but stranger things have happened at the end of the season when teams have nothing to play for and draws become useless to teams at the bottom so they're forced to go all out for winners. I full expect Luton to beat Fulham on the last day so if anyone is absolutely convinced they won't get 4 points from Wolves, Everton and West Ham then you have more faith and confidence than I do. I reckon their chances of getting 7 points is around 30%-40% and that is a figure high enough to worry me that they'll overtake us. Without a point back from our deduction I think we need to win 2 games from our last 3. Grim.

Totally agree, this Luton thing does my head in. Like its impossible for them to catch our 1 point gap. Theres a chance they'll be 2 points ahead of us after this weekend, let alone in a few games.

After that showing on Sunday its hard to see where a point comes from, never mind a win.

Just like the speculation prior to the FFP Trial, we none of us can predict the results of the next 4 games for the bottom 4 clubs.
Now Everton are out of danger, it is only 3 of the bottom 4 which can go down.
And we look to be the most likely to be one of them.
No one, not a single Forest fan, sports journalist, or soccer pundit said that would be likely at the start of the season.

Lets be honest, this season has been pathetic, absolutely garbage.

Were worse than last season, that's not progress, don't care what anyone says. If we do survive next season needs to see a significant improvement from top to bottom. It really is time we started looking the other way now. A relegation battle year after year coupled with VAR and corruption is about as much as any man can take.

If we do go down I will thoroughly enjoy being back in the Championship, the ability to get away tickets will increase, we should really be very competitive and no bullshit to contend with, proper football. I miss it, apart from Don Goodman

So, stay up and we see 20 players let go and 20 more come in.
After a torrid start we get a new manager.
We get another points deduction for FFP breaches.
The owner and his son bring the Clubs remaining good name deeper into the gutter.
Season cards go up another 25% next March.
You think you feel pissed off at the moment, just wait for 2024/25.

There's a lot of pure speculation amongst that list though isn't there?

At the front of the 11,000 person queue. Please get in line, but hurry as there's 281,000 more people who are about to join the queue.

Why will the outcome of the Appeal not be released before the middle of next week?
It can't take that long for the Appeal Panel to either say yes or no to returning some or all of the points taken from us, surely?

The appeal panel was yesterday. So seven days would be next week. The 7 days is needed to draft the response and fit 4 rounds of golf in.
