    Default Academies v Loan System

I;'v e been thinking about the fact forest may well lose Spence & Garner (probably not)when the January window opens.
They have been instrumental to our success in climbing away from the bottom of the league.
However, other clubs in the championship rely heavily on loan players, almost to the point that some clubs are seen by their Prem partners as nursery clubs.
Forest have invested heavily in the Academy, and have a burgeoning reputation fo producing quality players under the guidance of the great coaching and management staff they have recruited and retained.
Surely, it would be a just and fine thing to ban the loan system and force clubs to grow heir own.
Then Forest would see a proper recognition and reward for their investment.

    Injuries.

That’s why the loan system won’t be banned anytime soon.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

It's a tricky one, as Forest also benefit from loaning out their young players to clubs further down the pyramid to gain experience (i.e. Worrall, Cash, Yates and Johnson), and have had working relationships with clubs like Notts County (pre-Alan Hardy), Mansfield and Lincoln.

I'd like to see something done to stop Premier League clubs hoovering up other clubs youngsters like they do at the moment though, so that those young players can develop and play first team football for the teams that produced them rather than rotting in Premier League clubs U23s.
