Default Matchday 6: Nottingham Forest v Cardiff City. Sunday, September 12th, 14:30pm KO.

Return of the Mick... Oh my God. McCarthy brings his 9th place Bluebirds side to the land of the Right-Backs looking to bounce back from their first defeat of the season last time out against Bristol City. Forest will go into this one with huge confidence having had a rip roaring 4 shots on target in a one all draw in the last game, amazing!

    Forest 0 (obviously) Cardiff 2

And a lift for Chris Hughton to the nearest job centre shortly afterwards.

Well,Forest badly need a decent return from the upcoming home games against Cardiff and Middlesbrough(otherwise
we'll start to become adrift at the bottom of the table).
However,we rarely beat Cardiff at home(in the league),and I don't think we will next Sunday.
Nottingham Forest 1 Cardiff City 1

A restricted and strangled performance from our boys, but we will score and draw 1-1, keeping Hughton in post for a few more games.

Head says lose but heart insists on a win.
As a retired accountant I have no heart, so lose it is.

Just seen that England have found a way to crowbar 3 right-backs in, so here's hoping we go for something similar.

I predict Forest going all-out attack from the first whistle achieving a stupendous 5 shots on target during the whole course of the match.

    0-1 Cardiff.

Forest huff and puff, Cardiff score from a cross that isn't dealt with well. Nothing else happens in the game.

30/09/2021: It's only 8 points to the play-offs. Doesn't matter if we're 20th having lost three times as many games as we've won so far. I fancy us now that Hughton's gone.

Fucking hate this fixture and even more reason to this time. I don't think I've ever witnessed a Cardiff game, whether it be against Forest or someone else and thought "this is a good game".

    This one is
    anti football Vs anti football.

Absolute borefest coming up. Fuck off Cardiff

    Yes! Top thread starting Heff!

My one and only Forest return.

What position would you like me to assume Mistress?

I'm ready for the pain to begin.

Magic Mick McCarthy’s Set Piece Shit-housery Sessions.

Lose 2-0. Cardiff goals come from a corner and a free-kick.
    Zero shots on target.

Board gives Hughton a vote of confidence.
