    Nope.

30/09/2021: It's only 8 points to the play-offs. Doesn't matter if we're 20th having lost three times as many games as we've won so far. I fancy us now that Hughton's gone.

Think he's only six months left on his contract now, Fulham invoked a one year extension last year.

That being said, I'm not convinced myself. He was hit and miss last year, and his positional sense seemed diabolical.

Started poor - looked overweight and unfit and out of practice.
As the season progressed he shed some flab, improved his play and eventually became a reliable performer for us.

In a team that had no attacking threat and finished somewhere near the lower end of the table.

He's not good enough for where we want to be. If we can't identify anyone else at all then I'd rather give Richardson and Back the chance to make that spot their own rather than bring Christie back for another go.

There is a reason he isn't getting a game at Fulham, and no one else has gone in for him, and it's the same reason Carl Jenkinson is still technically a Forest player.

I got a pang of anxiety reading that suggestion.

If there’s anything the two current loanees have BBC shown us it’s how poor we were at fullback last year. Christie was a defensive liability on another scale…

a big no thank you , overpaid overrated has-been , he's one of the reason why dane was brought in, to look for younger better and cheaper talents. Him , knockaert, freeman ,etc are all on high wages. Thank god , none of them were retained

Future Iceland international Alex Mighten could be converted to right back in a Matty Cash style?

Speaking to a boro season ticket holder yesterday
They 100% expect him back in January

His strength is at wing back. Last 2 games we've started with a back 4. Not sure this is how we should play but if we do maybe Finn Back would be as good?

Brian Laws on commentary today said "he's heard" Boro don't want him back so will either expect him to remain at Forest or be sold on elsewhere.

I am however taking that with a huge pinch of salt.

I feel you might be right, today we gradually became more dominant once we flipped to 3 centre backs, even with Bong Pipe wheezing away on the left.

So from these 2 posts, posted relatively close together we can establish that most people don't know what's happening

I noted they have discovered a djed pillar in Egypt.

I had no idea there was such a thing; you learn something new every day.

Watched a bit of Boro today. If Isiah Jones carries on playing like he did today then they might not be in a rush to recall Spence.

Forest really, really, need to be asking a question as to whether this lad is available in January.

    He’s again been superb today.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

I think he will end up here eventually, whether that means staying or us buying him.

Sometimes clubs and players just know a player is a right fit, it is clear from his posts and the way he is playing he really wasn't enjoying being at Boro and loves it here.

Will Wilder really change that? Everyone says he would suit a Wilder system but is he Wilder's profile of player? He has never done that well with young players. I think Wilder would rather take the money than bring him back. He could buy 3 or 4 old cloggers that love him for money from Spence.

Like I have said before if there's a chance we could get him we should jump at it. If he was on loan from Chelsea we would all be saying future England player. It is just his consistency that is remarkable to me, he performs to the same level game in game out.

Sadly I think Wilder will want a look at him at the very least. They apparently don't have a RWB and there's no way we have the cash to buy him in Jan.

Him going back could be a big problem. I wonder how Cooper solves this one?

It was a brilliantly executed pass, the load of shit we have had over the years at right back would never make that pass.

Hopefully, we might already have the replacement in hand - tutu. Lowe should be back by next month and if not recalled, tutu on right and Lowe on left is best solution.

    +1
    And Coops/Murphy will have a plan B - I’m relaxed.
