    Default Zian Flemming

English sources have just reported to Veronica Inside that Nottingham Forest is seriously interested in Zian Flemming and that the Fortuna Sittard midfielder has already been bid.

Flemming, who indicated in an interview last season that he was interested in a transition, was plucked from PEC Zwolle last summer for a relatively low transfer fee and is in Limburg until the summer of 2024. He was one of the most important players at Fortuna last season with 12 goals and 7 assists in the Eredivisie and 3 goals in the cup tournament.

A number of Dutch players have played at Nottingham Forest in the past, including Hans van Breukelen, Pierre van Hooijdonk, Brian Roy and Frans Thijssen. The illustrious Forest, which has won the European Cup 1 twice in the past, has big plans and wants to return to the Premier League as soon as possible.

I know it's only a highlights reel, but he looks a quality player from that, with attributes you need for this league.

This be a Murphy target you reckon Bryan?

Yep from that he looks strong, confident on the ball, can spot a pass and use both feet well.

I expect Bournemouth to have signed him within a few days.

He definitely passes the youtube test Lots to like. Also can take direct free-kicks with venom which is nice.

No doubt this will be the new recruitment teams work which will involve Hughton with Murphy/Brass/Syrianos/Brazil in planning the squad.

Syrianos will probably feed info for each type of player they looking for in his datababase and then go through footage and how adaptable they can be. Can we work around their weaknesses etc

    Schooled at Ajax

I'm sure no one will take our new recruitment team to the cleaners.

I’m dubious about this one, but Never say Never

Your palms are holding her neck and thumbs are at her ears regulating the speed of her head as she swallows and then sucks up your machinery. She is topping up your engine oil for the cross-country coming up. Your RPM is hitting a new high. To wait any longer would be to lose prime time... She picks up a Bugatti's momentum. You want her more at a Volkswagen's steady trot. Squeeze the maximum mileage out of your gallon of gas. But she's eating up the road with all cylinders blazing.

I love the way they list those Dutchmen and miss out probably the best one - Johnny Metgod!

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

On a serious note, can you lot who live in Nottingham make an effort to make him feel at home when he comes for a visit.

Nothing much, clogs in every shoe shop, tulips lining the streets and a few windmills.

If you could also keep rioting down to nothing more than an affray, that would also be appreciated

I’ll speak to the Wife, see if she won’t mind prancing about the front windows in her Knickers and Bra to remind him of Amsterdam.

To be honest, Sittard - a town I have visited a few times - is about as far from Amsterdam, culturally, as you can get in the Netherlands.

    Lovely old central district though.

Exactly the type of player we should be targeting! Bodes well for future transfers.

Doesn't look like he'd be that arsed if there were riots tbh...
