The Dutch '88 shirt. Followed by the Danish '86 shirt.

Not a bad shirt the West German one, but still not even the best one at this match...

It is awesome. It surprised me, how many of them I’ve seen being worn during international competitions, until a work colleague pointed out that the DFB have reissued that design more than once.

Also agree with Francis, that Dutch shirt was phenomenal. As indeed, are all Netherlands shirts.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

Jack's right, the best kits are international kits generally.

As well as the lack of clutter, they're seen less often. Clubs kits are going to lose a little bit of their appeal once you've seen fifty times, and through a winter. No kit looks great on a cold Tuesday in Stoke.

That Dutch kit was played in only five times, in glorious sunshine, and they got they're only tournament win in it. All adds to the allure.

And the international kits are never sullied by the likes of grubby gambling sponsors, which is why the likes of that West Germany kit looks so cool and minimalist.

I always loved the gold and green Brazil shirts.

The old style Arsenal badge is nice. Would look better with Adidas trefoil.

I love a terrible kit but both that Leipzig & Chelsea kit do nothing for me.

Chelsea have never had a good home kit, have they?

Watching the Milan femminile debut the shirt today and it does look better 'in game' but yeah, it's not the best or infact the worst shirt we've had over the years.
