SSN just put a list of the most English clubs in the CL semi final, Man City, Spurs & Leeds were there with 1 appearance but no mention of Forest or Villa

Wankers really are trying to wipe history

And remind me again, how many European Cups have Man City, Spurs and Leeds won between them?

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

Your palms are holding her neck and thumbs are at her ears regulating the speed of her head as she swallows and then sucks up your machinery. She is topping up your engine oil for the cross-country coming up. Your RPM is hitting a new high. To wait any longer would be to lose prime time... She picks up a Bugatti's momentum. You want her more at a Volkswagen's steady trot. Squeeze the maximum mileage out of your gallon of gas. But she's eating up the road with all cylinders blazing.

The 80s footballers ageing badly twitter feed is an entertaining read. They ran a competition, narrowing it down fro 127 entries. Here's some of the runners and riders...

Amazing to see Peter Reid actually looking young. Also interesting to see how few, if any, of those had a decent international career. I can remember Rix, Cunningham, Barnes and Reid playing for England, but not consistently over any period of time.

Aye... quite a few of them never made the first team.

Yes, I've read a couple of books either featuring or about him, to be good enough to go from West Brom to Real Madrid is some achievement. And yet, the clubs he played for were never really able to get the best out of him. Reading about him reminded me that he had a spell at Manchester United, and won a FA Cup medal for Wimbledon of all teams, coming on as a substitute in the final.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...

This is my favourite Forest away kit.

Don't start giving me any of that Leeds bollox.
