Garner and Mighten on the bench? Maybe our noughties quota got reduced.
Yates must have threatened to knob Hughton's wife, no other reason to leave out Garner!
let the Garner meltdown begin
EXACT SAME BENEFITS
That lineup will have them screaming presently.
„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“
„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

Rotherham are a really good pressing side - what they lack in quality they make up in energy, tenacity and perseverance.
Yates and Cafu makes a lot of sense, especially when Garner is being asked a lot of to play 4 games in 13 days having not had consistent first team football til he joined us. There’s a lot of legs in our midfield - I imagine Krovi will be pushed up closer to Murray as we try to break the press with longer balls.
I get it.
My assesement of the game plan based on the 11. We expect to win the ball from them in our half of the middle 1/3 through a phyical battle. We'll use Freeman and his close control as the outlet again, just advanced of the middle men. Bong will be exposed, but they'll let this run the course. Balls out from the back will go up the rightside to Tony Knockers.
Ow no putting Yates is a massive dip in quality. Rather Colback In who is more genuine defensive midfielder. I know Garner may need a rest but we will miss him loads.
Matt Crooks, who was linked with us last season, is 1.93. Maybe they think Yates is a more even match up.
A bit of squad rotation with Derby in mind? Hope Yuri isn't injured.
Also with Yates not great at keeping possession and dropping deep we will struggle up front as Freeman’s complete lack of pace and ball travelling will hamper us attacking wise. Hope all goes well but I’ve seen this all before as Baddiel and Skinner once said.
I'm a bit surprised young Hirst is only on the bench tonight for Rotherham.
He's on loan from the bin dippers, I remember watching him during the 2017 Toulon Tournament playing with Worrall, and Hirst stood out as a classy attacker. He made the team of the tournament up front, along side players like Harvey Barnes, David Brooks, Reece James and our Joe.
Guess he must not have progressed much as he has bounced around a lot since then, played twenty odd games this season without a goal.

Definitely missing an outlet who can do something out the ordinary, get well soon Sammy!
