Apparently we're not giving up on Nelson. And there are also renewed rumours about Leicester's Sidnei Tavares. I find it very odd that we insist on the British market, which a) will be hyperinflated this year and b) should be your and not our priority.

Oh, and in other Forest-related Olympiacos news, a legend (of nightclubs) is about to return to us...

Maybe we should start our own Scouting thread in the Transfer Forum.

First season for MK Dons : https://www.whoscored.com/Players/34...w/Matt-O-Riley

"Bristol City are closing in on the double signing of former Leicester City midfielders Andy King and Matty James on free transfers. #BristolCity #LCFC"

Bristol are the new us judging by their last couple of transfer windows.

Jeepers. Looks like Brave Nigel Pearson is missing his Leicester days when you add Danny Simpson.

They have spent an absolute fortune over the past 5 years. People bang on about how wasteful we are, but Bristol City have wasted huge amounts more than us and never really even challenged for the playoffs.

Their Chairman is loaded. But he isn't totally invested in the Football Club. He is more interested in the Rugby Club he invested in I think. They alway go for Managers who are the cheapest on their shortlist and as soon as they have a saleable asset they sell them

They spend all their money on 'just past their prime' players tho. Henri Lansbury is a point in principle - guys a wanker. At least they only gave him a single year contract!

We joke but looking at the Austrian League

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020%E...all_Bundesliga

Just to confirm. Would the below be correct on their qualification to play here.

    Ercan Kara (25) Rapid Wien 12 goals/ 3 assists

A guy like this will get automatic pass because he got an Austrian cap : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ercan_Kara

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Bf5LWCdRxI

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRhgfBFYa2A

Dejan Joveljic (21) Wolfsberger on loan from Frankfurt 11 goals

Capped by Serbia and from a top 5 league so Auto pass : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dejan_Jovelji%C4%87

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jDWJjV4i8-8

Nikolai Baden Frederiksen (Tirol on loan from Juventus) 10 goals

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikolai_Baden_Frederiksen

Danish U21 international. But with him being Juventus U23 will he count from as a Top 5 league.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n45_ARzIOk8

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ef5tCjLdsA

Alexander Schmidt (23) St Polten on loan from LASK 10 goals

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexan...t_(footballer)

Austrian U21 international. Band 4 League so will come down minutes played and league position I think.

Stayed away from the RB Salzburg players as larger clubs will be over them scouting wise. Other Forwards/Attackers there in the profile Johannes Eggestien, Marco Grull, Peter Michorl, Robert Ljubicic

Young star player in Austria is 18 year-old Yusuf Demir of Rapid Wien who had excellent first season : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQSaoR9AH0E

Don’t laugh but I know all of these players because of Fifa, specifically Demir: Austrian Messi.

Kara would be an amazing striker to have to lead the line under CH.

Post-Brexit, there are practically no transfer rumours common to both clubs, as in previous seasons. The chances of any sort of movement between the two clubs is also practically non-existent (or, at least, there have been no such rumours). So the only thing I can contribute from the Greek side of things is my suspicion that some of our British targets may be of interest for you, despite the fact that it is not mentioned in the press. So far, all such cases concerns young players:

    - Yasser Larouci, left back, 20, out of contract, Liverpool U23.
    - Sidnei Tavares, central midfielder, 20, his contract with Leicester U23 expires, they have offered him a new one, he still has not answered. He will not be cheap.
    - Reiss Nelson, winger, 21, Arsenal. He never got the chance at Arsenal to prove he's the talent everyone thought he was when he was younger. Strong rumours that he'll be shipped to the Bundesliga, but we're still trying to get him. As some of you pointed out, he will most probably want to go to a level higher than the Championship.

I repeat that for none of these players has there been the slightest hint in the Greek press that they might be your targets as well. I'm just putting the names out there for future reference.
