He’s from Mansfield, bring him home.

I have zero idea if he’s any good but if it winds those lot up I’m all for it.

Regardless of his ability or lack thereof, buying a player from that shower would be doing them a financial favour, so… nah.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

I imagine he would be expensive as Arsenal are or were apparently interested in him.

Also would they sell anyone if they are struggling to put 11 senior players on the pitch?

Don't think there's any chance of this happening, but needless to say it would be hilarious if this did happen.

THE SECRET SCOUT: Derby teenager Lee Buchanan is relishing his chance under Wayne Rooney and shows great composure... but would benefit by filling out physically

How much do they owe HMRC?

If they owe money to HMRC they may not have a choice.

Offer the lad Bongs wages (~18k a week) once we've got him on the end of our hook and pushing for the move, we can submit an official bid of 60 quid and a trent end season ticket for mel (will be his only chance of watching championship football next season)

Nabbing Derby's brightest young prospect at a probable cut price? He's one of the few over there that would push for a start here. Looked decent against us too. Bombed up and down the wing.

It's a yes from me, we need to fill that position.

Every now and then over the next few days get a whisky and kick back and have a read and enjoy the panic and frustration.

I know he was a free-agent at the time, but Jamie Ward did it relatively recently, and he was infinately more imbedded in the culture of the rivalry.

That's without even considering the numerous other instances.

Had it come from most other sources other than Nixon however.....

£300k should do it. They're up shit creek without a paddle and they'll need the money in a week or so in order to pay the players and avoid a 3 point deduction for paying late again.

You’d hope that if it’s legit, this wouldn’t be leaked before a fee is agreed as it would alert the whole division to one of the brightest left back prospects outside the prem.

Offer them Bong and a small pot to piss in because they need players and don't have the later.
