He possibly would also prefer his next club to be down south as well for those reasons.

Not a criticism. Just suggesting why we might have been interested, and then declined us. The reality is we are struggling to compete financially, for a number of reasons.

    Good point.

Would I rather stay at a club who might be in the EPL next season, or move to a club who might be in League 1 next season...

Surgery on his knee twice and hip surgery once. Not as bad as I thought, but he’s not played masses of games for a soon to be 31yo. If he signs, hope I’m wrong.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

If Bournemouth, or anyone else, are letting players go on loan to make room for a new player to come in, why don't we just go for the new player they want? Let them do the hard work of scouting, then we hoover up the results.

Forget the gosling, go for the gander.

Because they can offer higher wages than we can, and a good chance of Premier League football next season. With us they would have concerns that they might be playing League 1 football next season.

Agreed - There are others who are just as capable but I did like the sound of this signing

Gosling is a decent player and would have been a CH signing.

However, as with Grosicki, I don't blame him for not fancying it.
