    It shouldn't be used to absolve anyone. Running your bollocks off takes absolutely no talent, it should be the bear minimum for the overpaid footballer.

    That we do laud it should therefore not be used as a stick to beat those that do but rather those that don't.

    At least the one who runs his bollocks off is trying, which again, should be the bare minimum.

    Whether they are good enough or not should only enter the debate when the other 10 lazy arses start working as hard as they can.
