„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

Finest football manager in the World, by a country mile in which he walked his dog.

Well maybe if it's not too much hassle a mod could resurrect it and move it to the Down the Pub section where it belongs

I was really confused but then I saw the Sabri in or out thread and now I understand.

Clough managed the red dogs so definitely a dog lover.

Dog lovers: remember your practices are illegal!

My mate was in jail and had to share a cell with a chap who was found guilty of having sex with dogs.
"How low can you get!" said my mate on first meeting the dog lover.
"About 4 inches off the ground for a dachshund came the reply.
    Ba-dum-tish.

I knew a girl who decided to go to the zoo for bukkake.

I don’t know what came over her.

Our GP was telling me about a young lady who had an appointment to show him awful scratch marks on her back.
"How did you get those?" he asjked.
"Making love - we always do it doggy fashion" she said.
"Can't you change position, say missionary" the GP advised.
"I would" she said, "But Rover's breath smells".

Clearly not Burke. He's smiling in this picture.

By "relegation battle", do you mean 7th, 12th or 14th?
