Can anyone give me the reason as to why this guy was brought in?

Purely from my own observations Carlos, he's proved his quality many times at this level. Also, given that we evidently tried hard to bring him in this time last year, it can be fairly assumed that Sabri Lamouch and the recruitment people thought similarly.

And the typical forest injury curse strikes again. When did he get injured?

Knowing our luck he already had it, the medical team either missed it or dgaf and he was playing through it before he finally broke like Grabban possibly was.

As I commented in this thread earlier, he had a slight groin problem which it was thought could be managed.

It was an Alf recommendation from Sheffield. Assured Jozef Vengloš he could stay fit longer than Soudani.

If he hasn't got a medical issue causing it (if he has he shouldn't be playing football at the moment) then he's got no excuse for being in that state, bloke could barely run. I saw someone on Twitter say he looks like a retired player who has come back for a testimonial and they weren't wrong.

Incredibly talented footballer but so is Carvalho and people were slating his attitude last season, at least he never turned up looking like that after his injury.

I can think of no medical reason why a professional athlete's should be as big as a closet.

I meant as in a hormone problem or something like that and as I say if he is suffering from such a thing he shouldn't be playing football at the moment

There’s a bunch of sumo wrestlers, rugby players, and NFL offensive linemen outside, and they’d like a word...

    Looked fairly mobile to me.

Andy Reid was tubby, Robbo too - not always such a problem.

I'm hoping he gets fit enough to guide us to safety.

The difference was, those two were good enough that they could get away with it...Tomlin too.
We haven’t seen anything yet to suggest Freeman can. His good performances at this level came when he was in much better shape.

You can see he has quality but his physical and mental fitness levels are way off

I argued with Congo about him earlier but as I said to him I agree there is no way a footballer should be in such bad shape, him Reidy Molby or whoever

It's the working man's equivalent of turning up on a monday morning so pissed that you can't do your job.

Unless there's a medical justification, he should be disciplined for letting himself get into such a state that it's preventing him from doing his job.

Have a bit of self control, you fat ****.

How do you know there isn't?

Personally I'd wait until I knew what the situation is before coming out with that last sentence.

Willowjack is somewhere now laughing his tits off.

Probably asking for a bit much here, but can some fans take it for what it is? A game of football and not an opportunity to air insults to people they've never met? Or am I reaching there?
