excellent signing.
he played in World Cup too and he was good.
he scores, he is versatile, he is good technically, very disciplined player and i think it fits perfectly with the portuguese guys.
he is a different style than Murphy and Grabban.
recommended highly. he was linked with some other clubs but most likely we didn't find a proper offer(>7m) and it makes more sense to be sent to NFFC who needs a forward player, than to take money from one pocket and put it to another

Right, quick bit on him from what I can get..
18 goals in 27 for Olympiakos last season, really good at taking what chances he does get. Direct,likes the ball at his feet, and very good at getting his shots on goal (42/67 on target, scoring 18 of them).
Before last season, he seemed to be pretty much the same sort of striker, just that he got into better positions to finish.
Be a very good signing for the Championship, would be interesting to see how he would adapt though.

i hope he will adapt. because i like him. however that's always an issue for a player moving to EnglandRight, quick bit on him from what I can get..

YT shows him to be tall, pretty mobile and seems to be alert in the box.
I see he used to be a bit of a right winger too, so you'd think he's fairly useful in the build up play too.
Happy to see him come in on loan.
