I wish it was a box full of rum!

To be fair the rum on masters of malt is £33.99, the first box cost me £29. The tumblers are decent and the mixers are about a quid each.

    Of interest to Freddie -
Tesco are adding four Cloudwater 440ml cans and a four pack of Cloudwater collaborations (with Queer, Eko, Rock Leopard and Good Times) to their range.

Thanks Congo, looks like part of it was leaked last night. The craft beer groups are kicking off about it, what do you think?

I'm not too keen on Brewdog being involved as they're just above average but their special releases won't stop which is what I'm most interested in.

As always, I reserve judgement until I’ve tested the quality of the beer. Cuckoo brewing isn’t a new thing, Mikkeller have brewed some great beers over the years, using equipment at breweries who make less impressive products themselves.
If it gets Cloudwater out to the masses without sacrificing the quality of the product? Then it’s good as far as I’m concerned.

Proof is in the pudding, innit.

I'm enjoying how it's bought out all the wet wipes. Moaning about the Collab pack being a PR move. Absolute dingbats.

    Hops in a wheat beer.

It works though. Lovely, easy drinking, can-conditioned ale this one.

Turns out when you buy that much, and it goes off quite quickly after you start it, it becomes a bit of a Labour of love.

Half way down the second box, very much over it. Feel like I’m stumbling to the finish.

    Oh FFS.

    Feierabend:

That’s me done for the weekend.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

Yeah, Erdinger Dunkel is an excellent example of the style, dark and roasted.
