I agree, although a few older heads are good if they still have the fight in them.

Working in Chesterfield, I know plenty of town fans and they have all gave me their two penneth. Alot seem to think he is very decent, just blows hot and cold. Everyone seems to think he is worth a punt though.

Very similar to the feedback we had about Antonio before he came here.

As long as they are on sustainable wages, that's the way forward.

Seems to be the consensus. Looking at their forums they also reckon the fee could be as low as 100k, and probably not much more than 300k tops, so considering his age, his undoubted pace and the fact we have little to no speed, no decent quality out wide and seemingly no money to spend, seems worth a punt

Seem to remember we were interested in Clucas both when he went to Chesterfield from Stags & then when he made the move to Hull. Second time lucky hopefully.

    It's the extensive eye test.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

This is exactly the type of player I think we all want. Fast, exciting, raw, low risk, high reward.

He plays with the swagger of Zaha judging by that video.

I like to think they've just left him in a small room somewhere off to the side to play with some crayons and paper while they sort out the deals for the big boys first.

He reminds of Zaha to be honest and Zaha has been through a transformation and if this lad can improve he could be a class signing.

I like that he's so positive and quick.

Always running forward with the ball or moving into space.

Having looked at that showreel on YouTube, bloody hell, why haven't some top clubs bought him before?!?!

His finishing needs a bit of polishing but his skill with the ball is very impressive indeed. His service into the box is outstanding, with all of our goal poachers in place just think of the goals that we are going to score from now...

    Excited.

With Clough and or McCormack lurking for the cut back and Britt attacking the goal...
