Wanted to ask a question about the Kell Brook fight tomorrow night without starting a thread for that specific fight but a search for an LTLF boxing thread turned up nothing.
I know there's a lot of boxing fans on here and a few guys are going to The Cobra's fight on 17 Nov who will be converted so here's the shiny new LTLF Boxing Thread for your use and enjoyment!
I'm hoping to watch the Kell Brook fight tomorrow night before I take off but other than the time the programme starts on Sky I can't find any other timings.
Does anyone know what time his ringwalk is planned for?

Ring walks at 10, I believe.
I'm going for Brook between the 8th and 10th.
And Devon Alexander to beat Randall Bailey late, too.
I've had a quick search but there doesn't appear to be much about the timings, other than the programme starting on Sky at 20:00
But - a Boxing Thread! An excellent idea.
I shall be at the Arena in November again to watch "The Cobra" - it may be the last time we see him in Nottingham, as he has the possibility of a rematch with Lucien Bute in Canada, and of the other possible bouts, Kessler doesn't want to come to Nottingham and Andre Ward won't either (Carl would have to fight in the US for that, I think).
„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“
„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

Ruddington is an excellent place for a staggering session.
I can happily vouch for that.
As can the damage to my liver.
Nah, the Bentinck Hotel is surely the place where all great nights are had?
Really? It's the end of a shitty pub era.
Anyone watching Hatton?
Can't seem to find the blasted channel
Watching an AJS(?) stream and our Carl is on.
Watching at the cinema
He's wearing a Man U shirt!
He looked even more crude than he ever was, all he threw were wild hooks. Good job he got stopped on that fashion before someone does him serious damage.
Didn't have the speed or the timing he used to, not surprisingly. Shame as he used to be great to watch. Let's hope that's the end now and he doesn't embarrass himself or get hurt.
He looked good (and a bit reminiscent of the old days in style if not substance) til the 6th, were he tired a lot. His style was always blood and guts and although he can box, he never seems to let himself, which is why at his age and with his lifestyle his body couldn't cope. Didn't think much to Senchenko (sp?) though.
Wasn't a great fight, very scrappy, Hatton had a few decent patches in the first few rounds but tired drastically. I thought he might have held on but it was a decent body shot and he looked shot.
Senchenko didn't look great, I thought Hatton would have edged it on points if it went the distance.
Can't see Hatton fighting again, even if he had won then I don't think he would have got back in the ring. Still, probably earnt a few million quid for 30 minutes work, not bad.
He's just announced he's retired again!
He tried hard and look good in parts but his time out the ring, ballooning weight, various addictions have took its toll.
Still one of my favourite boxers though.
Comebacks like this are just brain damage inducing.
I used to love boxing. I don't now. Look what it has reduced the Greatest to.
