LTLF Golf Day (NOW POSTPONED 3/2/09)

Hi all, I have been thinking about this for a while. Im not sure how many golfers we have on the forum but was thinking that maybe I could organise a golf day. I am posting this as a bit of a feeler to see how much interest is shown.

If you would be interested in playing (at a local nottingham course) please reply to the thread stating your interest.

I will monitor the response and if we have enough replys I will try setting a day/date.

Note: If you are keen but dont have clubs etc I have a few spare sets that I could lend out.

I'm awful at golf, and it doesn't appeal much - but I'd quite happily wander around with a drink throwing insults at Stratty if the weather is conducive!

Quality, for some reason I've never got around to playing at Trent Lock, but it looks a decent site there.

Trent Lock want golf shoes and proper bag and smart clothes when I played there in September.

Edwalton is much more relaxed though.

In a sport I would more than likely beat you at your insults would be most welcome as I beat you.

I was actually going to bring some disposable gloves and throw rolled up balls of fox poo at you, just pass them off as Maltesers.
