Can we have “You’re getting sacked in the morning “ piped into the WFCG during Friday’s game?

Your gonna have to narrow it down as to which manager it is aimed at

We go again, not looking forward to tonight for a host of reasons, the first being we are utter shite at the moment.

    Other reasons include being shite.

The Cocu thing is interesting as I want to back him but I fear if/when we get turned over later Mel will pull the trigger.

eyup, a long since we've seen ewe - I hope you've been ok through this period of Ovid 19

Do you think Cocu can deliver if given time?

Do you think Mad Mel will appoint Rooney as player manager? How will that go down with your lot?

Without strategy, execution is aimless. Without execution, strategy is useless.

I think with managers contracts now (with the way they get sacked every 30 seconds) the pay out is only a years salary (I mean nice work if you can get it!) regardless of how long is left on the contract.

I remember reading something by Simon Jordan where he was explaining this when Mclaren got the sack with 6 years left on that Newcastle contract!

But i still think they can't afford to sack him.... unless 32Red stump up the cash so they can give Rooney the job to advertise their betting company a bit more....

Hello chap. Good to have your input on here.

Do you see any progress under Cocu?

A question Marino; do you think Rooney is overshadowing Cocu?

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

Don't fall for all that 'we are shite' tomfoolery, Coco Nielson says they've been playing well just haven't had the breaks.

Be tighter than Barry's fishnets the match tonight.

It's going to be the footballing equivalent of two tramps fighting over half a can of carling.

Haha, well I'll have to disagree with big Phil as we've played well in very few periods (Norwich away aside) but we are toothless upfront if we have the luxury of a chance and still can't defend set pieces.

I'm not a fan of sacking managers although I've had to get used to it in recent years (decades) but the good form is largely overshadowed by longer periods of being shite.
We can't create and something isn't quite right. One issue is the financing of getting rid as we are clearly skint, the other is giving him the full season to turn it round which I'm just about in favour of as I like him. If we lose tonight though I can see him gone unfortunately and Rooney will be in by tomorrow lunchtime most probably.

@Redemption - Covid hasn't been too bad cheers for asking!
@Andy - None, keeping 2 metres away to be safe.

Hope you lot get the 'Reg Harrison bust' sorted.

When I was a kid back in the 1970s, Reg used to coach us on the Derby Race Course every weekend when I played for Reykneld Colts (1974/75)

He became a friend of the family. A proper gentleman was Reg, he loved his football. Will be sadly missed.
