Defo looked a little chunky , Was well off the pace, Which given the fact he has been banging on Monty's door wanting game time I thought he may have been in better shape

The main issue was the peno , Anyway he needs to get his head down and let his feet do the talking. Getting match fit would help that.

I was shouting at Lansbury to give Britt the ball and let him take the pen. Maybe I miss Lansbury's giant contribution to Forest, but I noticed him taking forever to get back onside in the first half after closing down the keeper. I also thought he started the rot with a telegraphed ball to Dumitru which was intercepted and led to their first 1 on 1. Didn't notice him do anything special in midfield.

Britt looked different class when he came on. Nothing came of it - a couple of turns away from defenders, nice touches to colleagues, a shot which went over the bar - but I liked the way he also wanted to take the pen. Didn't notice him dawdling back to his own half, and agree if he did it was very wrong and you'd hope PM would have told him so afterwards. But the stuff about him being fat is laughable. If he stays fit enough to start 2 or 3 more games I think you'll see a top striker again.

I think the correct word is HENCH. He's always been a stocky lad, but he can move when he gets going. I'd rather he took it slow and lasted the season than went full tilt and ended up out again.

He loves attention, and he'll get his wish if he bags the goals, hope he does for NFFC, we've paid enough for his services.

I just don't like spoilt brats, but that's my problem.

Can people stop quoting the picture of Britt and Robin Hood? Seeing that rapey smile is terrifying and once is enough.

30/09/2021: It's only 8 points to the play-offs. Doesn't matter if we're 20th having lost three times as many games as we've won so far. I fancy us now that Hughton's gone.

Expect he will start against QPR this weekend. If he doesn't you would seriously worry about his fitness.

He's been called up for DR Congo, and Forest are letting him go. Can you believe that? Not even fully fit for us yet but they're letting him travel out there and put himself at risk.

Because he isnt fit and is our best asset.... He can go when your fully fit but letting him go to play in some dust bowl at this stage is naive.

I thought Montanier meant they had a friendly in the next couple of weeks, if he's just talking about the Africa Cup of Nations then that's not until January.

I can't remember a player ever getting seriously injured on international duty.

It always seems to happen playing for Forest somehow.
