Still, it might have been Fleetwood Mac players Forest fans were booing today had he not done the business in his previous game at the CG.

Not sure I miss him much...

Didn't go in the game to boo him, but ended up doing it because he acted like a complete nob for the whole game. Squaring up to players for nothing tackles, leaving it in on Smith and pissing around before the match.

I thought he showed a serious mental issue today, I have never seen him play like that for Forest, he would have bagged at least 2 of those chances however bad he was playing - looked like he mentally lost it to me.

Record signing for a club he'd have been eyeing a promotion challenge with. Top after two months then on the slide for almost three years. In the end his team would have dropped into the same div 3 he earned his move from in 2014 without his contribution. Understandable if it felt time for a fresh start.A club that yo yos into the PL once in a while and receives parachute payments may be in the same div but is still a step up, just unfortunately how it is.

Horrendous luck with injury otherwise he'd have likely left earlier and for somebody better. In the context of when it was spent, easily justified his record transfer fee, hence why he left for more despite his injury record. And comes back to the City Ground and has a stinker. What more can you ask?

Would have preferred him to be a Forest player, but lets be honest here. Forest got the better deal. He'll get goals, yeh...then this new attitude, he's beginning to have a chip on his shoulder- god knows why?
Maybe his agent has told start behaving like a prima donna?

Waiting to see it again but pretty sure his offside goal was going in too.

Serves him right. Remember that goal he tried to pinch off Clough?

Tells you all you need to know about his character.

Him trying to get the penalty over Lansbury was the most disgraceful thing I have seen a Forest player do in decades.

Your palms are holding her neck and thumbs are at her ears regulating the speed of her head as she swallows and then sucks up your machinery. She is topping up your engine oil for the cross-country coming up. Your RPM is hitting a new high. To wait any longer would be to lose prime time... She picks up a Bugatti's momentum. You want her more at a Volkswagen's steady trot. Squeeze the maximum mileage out of your gallon of gas. But she's eating up the road with all cylinders blazing.

    He totally bottled it.

I'm glad he doesn't play for us anymore.

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

Some of our fans were disappointed we sold him.

£15m for Britt is the best bit of business the club has ever done. Good goalscorer, but doesn't contribute much else to the team and had recently come back from a nasty injury. He only looked fit again last game of the season.

Said it all throughout last season, I would have snapped your hands off for £8m. That we got almost double that is criminal.

    I would agree with that.

Was sorry to see him go and wish him no ill fortune except against us. If the crowd reaction contributed to him not scoring, kissing the Middlesborough badge, piss taking taunts from their fans and denying us 3 points then I say well done to the crowd.

That's exactly my experience, just couldn't help myself. Players getting stick? Nothing beats the return of Collymore for me, almost felt sorry for him.

I don't agree, he was subbed off for being crap, the icing on the cake for the Forest faithful in attendance.
