Was a great tackle, hard but fair, like MXJ said, referee just trying to keep the calm for the rest of the game.

Your absolutely right. Fox put a worse one in that went totally unpunished.

Seems like he's miles ahead of Grant in ability. Wasn't sold him him being involved again today since felt we needed to go all out to win but he proved me wrong.

I was 15 yards away. Not many complaints from those around me.

It would be very nice indeed. But Bale was poached from Southampton after 40 games, Oxlade-Chamberlain after 35, Walcott after 20 - and the same will happen here my friend. Enjoy it whilst you can

Said this guy starts over Lansbury in our best team, he'll continue to prove me right.

He's the dynamism we need, the one to get us moving forward and not watch everything pass him by. Top player.

Dynamicism is key if you aren't a technical passer and creater. This kid will run for days but is a good defender of space as well and adds skill on the ball.

Be interesting to see how our u21 midfield trio continue to progress. But our school-boy groups are jam-packed with talent here.

You mean like when their left back made exactly the same tackle

He's absolutely class at carrying the ball forward... He moves so quickly with the ball at his feet and always in control.

There was a lot of talk about this lad when he was playing for the age groups (thanks BrianRoy) and it's good to see him (and others) pushing through and coming good. We've had many others in the past who have faded with age and never quite made it, but those emerging from the academy at the moment seem to have staying power.

    Valspoodle

He was actually released at 15 or16 by Wycombe and we picked him up at 17 from a random FAB Academy.

I am shocked with the ease he stepped up that he soon got u21 games for us.

It just seems so random no body else closer to home picked him up.

    Its just lovely isn't it.

Also like how he let's the ball go across him and the change of hip direction just absolutely loses his man.

Of course another defender could pick up the ball but again its just lovely skill.

A lot of youthful energy and enthusiasm. Good to see that the lad took his chance when it came. Still very early in his career at only 19.

I used to tutor a mate of Cash's in Wycombe, from what I gather he is happy at Forest and appreciative of the chance we have given him.

Watched him play for Dagenham twice last season and was very impressed. Looked a cut above League 2 even at 18. Hope he continues in the same fashion!

Really good yesterday, drives forward gives pace and energy in the midfield, which we've missed for so long, unlucky with his effort too

Was superb yesterday, I love a midfielder that can carry the ball forward. Although he's a big beneficiary of the change in style, the amount of times we worked balls through midfield for him to run on to was superb.
