Arrow The 'Useful Thread' Thread

Sometimes a thread is so far back down the list that it's impossible to find, but you wouldn't want to incur the wrath of the mods by starting a new one, would you? So here are some commonly sought-out threads for your reference:

    - 50 Documentaries to see before you die - About to die? Need to find out more about the world before you do?

    - The Ass Appreciation Thread - Which bottoms are top of your list?

    - A week in politics... is a very long time, so we have a very long thread for it too.

    - The Art of Photography - "She thought it would be fun to try photography..."

    - Cricket thread! - for all things concerning the fine waste of time that is cricket.

    - F1 2014 - documenting the god-like Lewis Hamilton's against-the-odds triumph over that cheating German git

    - Huzzah - apparently some people are having a baby and we need to know all about it!

    - The "I've just..." Thread - From farting to fighting cancer, this thread has it all.

    - Point and shoot...what can you see? - Life through a lens.

    - Questions you'd like to know the answers to...... - aka, the blind leading the blind.

    - THE RANT THREAD - Fed up of innuendo? Then get it off your chest!

    - Rat Up A Drainpipe - For when you deffnately would .

    - Shooting in Denver - A thread that sadly is revived all too often.

    - We have white smoke - Jesus, Mary and Joseph! It's a thread about the Pope!

    - Wudya/Wuntja - It's make your mind up time...

    - You cannot be serious - PC-gone-mad driving you mad? This is the place for you.

Post suggestions below (ideally with a link to the thread) and I'll add them to the list.

Sure there has been a documentary thread before, but alas I can never find it. Would be good to have that again as the topic does come up regular.

I assume you're going to sticky this. Otherwise, what's the point?

Nah, that should have been posted in the "Ishmael Miller" thread.

I can't remember if the New Usernames Thread is sticky. If it isn't I think it would useful if it was in here. Sorry, I can't do links on my phone.

Was once asked to play for England.

Is there a "how to post a video as a video and not a link" thread and for that matter "how to post a picture as a big picture not a thumbnail" thread please?

Type followed by on the end) either side of the link.

Does it help forum coffers if I click on an advertisement link?

N.p. Does that include the "personalised" advertising I get about over 40s women who by all accounts appear to be up for owt?

    To the first, essentially, yes.

The second, hmmmm. That comes from your browser history, soooo....

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

The second is not targeting browser history but the demographics from google searches aligned with the demography of this forum.
