    Default David McGoldrick.

From The Sun "Fulham could launch a £2m bid for Ipswich striker David McGoldrick."

BUPA but good for him. It's not like fans would give him a chance if he came back here, anyway.

That's crazy, nothing we could do to predict he would be worth 8m. When we let him go he was rubbish. What a waste of money from Leicester

Please tell me we've got a sell-on clause?

By "relegation battle", do you mean 7th, 12th or 14th?

Don't think so....didn't he just sign for Ipswich as a free agent? Great bit of business for them if this is true and shows Leicester preparing for life back in the Championship, already. Crazy money, it's half a Balotelli.

Did someone add a zero? maybe £800,000, - but £8 million, no f*cking way!

Someone tell Leicester that "we" have an algerian international up for sale, offer above 3 million for him, even £300k then can have him!

So McGoldrick's value went up by around 6 million over the close season Well would be laughing apart from the fact that Forest gave him away toIpswich only around 18 months ago... 19 goals in 45 appearances for Ipswich, decent but only just better than average of 2 goals every 5 games!

Honest enough player but £8m? Insanity.

    Football has truly gone mad.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

I always said he had the ability to play in the PL but that price is ridiculous. Why do clubs even want to buy English players?

Whatever happened to him? I am sure he left because he said it was the right thing for his career, and he would be given more of a chance at Derby? A quick Google suggests he is currently in Derby's under 21's....aged 22, and over 2 years since leaving.

What a heck of a move that has been for is career. Clearly he has come on in leaps and bounds

I wonder if his auntie will phone into match talk to complain again that Forest are not doing enough to bring him back

Clough tried to sign him for Sheff Utd this summer but to no avail. Be interesting to see which League 1 club he ends up at.

He was on loan there last season, and also Notts County.

I think you are right, and he will end up back in League One. Huge step forward for him....
