„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

It's laughable innit. How many times I've heard on the radio or seem on TV some player or other that used to be on our books. Today I said to the missus, ' he used to play for us and now he's in the Engerlaaand squad'. She says, 'its funny how they all get better after they've left Forest'.

    'tis a fair point.

Good for him. Would we even be here if it weren't for him and Wes?

I had rather hoped that he would get fed up waiting for an England call and opt for Ireland for whom he is also qualified.
Mind you he hasn’t played for England yet so you never know.

Always talented, but it took that mad Leeds manager to get it all out of him.

Shame we don't have a coach like that.

And we might be in the Champions League every year if we'd hadn't been run my jokers for the last 30 years.

Bet there will be a real sense of pride and maybe a few tears in the Organ household when this true red pulls on that England shirt.

He‘ll be straight into Nike.com to order a personalised replica, would be my guess.

The bottle they've been saving for years will be opened, savoured and enjoyed down Clifton estate tonight when that happens.

A quick Wikipedia says that Dawson didn't make his England debut until as late as 2010, whereas Jenas made his in 2003.
