    I downloaded it on plus.

I’m the same Carlos, I love LOTR fantasy so I have played most of the games. War in the North on multiplayer was a banger of a game.

But Shadow of War seems massive. It doesn’t help that I feel the need to dominate every captain before I try and take over a fortress. I love the hunt of tracking them down, setting myself up for an easy fight then having them in my army.

Yeah it is huge compared to shadow of Mordor.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, I ended up getting all of the add ons too as I didn't want it to end. It was a great standalone story in that universe and the more of them the better.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is a free game on PS Plus for March. Can see what they are doing, get as many copies out there as possible to increase the potential buyers for the Yuffie chapter DLC which is released in June.

I've been absolutely hammering Football Manager this week. I started at Sheffield Wednesday for the challenge, they sacked me around November for not winning the league. (Bastards) April came round and I had a new job offer - Nottingham Forest, they were languishing in 20th and desperately needed a couple of wins. I took the job on playing my favoured 433 and just about got over the line.

The following season I let a couple of contracts run down. Loaned in Hannibal from United Darko Churlinov from Stuttgart and Esposito from Inter after ages of negotiation. I managed to get an out of contract RB too who's name escapes me. Jackson Irvine came on a free too.

433 again, cantered to a steady 10th place after a mid season play off push and fall out with injuries. The following season I managed to get all but Esposito in again on loan and brought a young striker from PSG (think he was a regen) for 1.7mil. little did I know he would be one to watch.

That season I stayed steady in the play offs and was destined for a top 6 finish, my new striker Hannibal Mombearts was absolutely panning goals in. Then without realising, there was one game left separating the top 3 with just 3 points. It was down to the last game, I was playing 2nd place Newcastle and the top Side Preston were playing Norwich. I won my game thanks to Hannibal the Cannibal. And Preston were beaten! Nottingham Forest were champions!

I'm now in my third season of the Prem.

    Players still in the side:

    Johnson
    Worral
    McKenna (captain)
    Mbe Soh
Mcguane (never played just loaned out)
Arter (can't bring myself to get rid he pops up with a goal still when played)
Bong (now a physio at the club)
Da Costa (retired now a coach)
    Dawson (also coaching)

It did make me chuckle when he finished as top scorer when I recalled him. I could imagine another version of you jumping up and down in protest with a "Carlos and Fred out" banner

I'll type up my further success with my adaptive attacking approach in the prem, you'll be pleased to hear in 3 seasons, Liverpool have never managed to beat my Nottingham Forest side. :Congored:

I was more surprised that in FM2021, Darko Churlinov starts in the VfB II Team, not the first team.

He’s an excellent off-the-bench option late in games. I think someone at SI Games is a closet fan of Die Schwaben because some of the youth quality there is ridiculous.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

I tried to sign him permanently 2 seasons in but he was starting every game for Stuttgart so didn't fancy slumming it in the lower mid table Prem. He's stalled a bit with his growth now and is being a bit of a pain in the arse for Stuttgart asking to leave. He was fantastic the 2 seasons I had him on loan in the championship. He won championship player of the year his first season.

I don’t know if there are any Diablo nerds on here, but...

£7 for the ultimate edition on Xbox. Have to do a bit of VPN magic (never done it before but it was pretty straight forward). If anyone fancies some multiplayer let’s get it going!

Just finished Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past for the first time since being around 13.

Fuckinghell, stunned. A lot of these old games have their charm, but some (although not all) rely on doses of nostalgia to keep you playing.

Not this bad boy. Christ the hours the developers must have put into this must have been phenomenal, it's an absolute masterpiece even to this very day. It hasn't aged a day, and has to be up there in my top 5 games of all time. Pure genius

Then you should try the randomiser that is out there. Also, A Link Between Worlds is also fantastic.

My first 3 saves are random to get used to the game and get a feel for it. After that I start unemployed and just see where I end up.

    What's "the randomizer"?

I might start out at Deportivo, always a team I’ve had a soft spot and they have absolutely tumbled down the leagues, so should make for a good challenge!

It is the latest trend to make rom hacks of games where you can set up how randomised elements in the game is. I don't know if it started with A Link To The Past, but it is the most popular. It essentially allows you to shuffle the location of items you get in chests and in certain side quests in the game. For example, right at the start of the game when you talk to your uncle you get your first sword, in a randomiser game he might give you the fire rod, boomerang, or maybe just bombs or rupees. It shakes the game up no end.
