22 yo, Spanish Centre Mid from Liverpool.
Set to go out on loan for the rest of the season and has a concrete offer from ourselves according to Liverpool correspondent for Goal Neil Jones. Had a stand out performance against Everton in the cup last night.

I think he was also linked a while back, possibly when Karanka was manager?

Should've signed him last season imo. Desperately need a ball playing CM.
More chance a Cinderella.
Heard Beaky talking him up this Morning on Fat Al's show.
Punch magazine used to be sub-titled The London Charivari.
Apropos nothing at all, just came to me when I read that chap's name.

Not bad. Not bad at all.
Liverpool Twitter account with over 100k followers reckons he's on his way:

Outside of the risky crossfield ball with bearly enough on it, looks decent enough.
Plenty of snap in the pass & tackle. Nice to see he's intent on moving the team forward
This must be the first one then.

Can't be any worse backup for Watson than Bostock
Every source takes it for granted that this would be a loan, but Chirivella hasn't agreed to an extension of his contract (which ends in the summber) yet.
His range of passing from deep could be essentially to our style if we can add some pace to our front line. Could be the player who turns defence into attack on the break.
I think the key to this one is that he can probably cover Watson and Sow and provide more than enough competition to both.
Bostock and Semedo can't.
The Modesto link with Chirivella must be Willem II, the Dutch team where the Spaniard was sent on loan in the 2017-2018 season (he totalled 35 appearances and 2.995 minutes there, not bad for a 20-year-old). We have an excellent relationship with Willem II and often lend them players; they did wonders for the progress of Kostas Tsimikas, our current left back, and Marios Vrousai, a promising winger, now targeted by Ajax.
Chirivella was exceptionally unlucky last season: he was sent on loan to Extremadura in Spain, but the paperwork did not arrive in time, and this meant he lost six months there without being eligible to play.
Seeing the clips against premier opposition- Everton, he shows sum quality passing - I’m hoping he starts.
Spanish newspaper Diario AS reckon he wants to move back to Spain : https://www.football-espana.net/8260...nts-spain-move
„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“
„Don't forget you're alive. 'Cause sometimes when you walk around the city and you're in a bad mood, you can think, hey, wait a minute, we're alive! We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

On a visit to the Isle of Wight some years back we were visiting Alum Bay and preparing to go down on the Needles Chairlift. We were approached to each take a young child down with us. It turned out they were orphans from Chernobyl. The little girl I took down was such a sweetie and just wouldn't let go of my hand when we got to the bottom.
I, for one, think we’ve signed far too many Iberian players without having someone named Pedro. I look forward to this being corrected.
He looks quality. Our issue at home has been that our attacks are far too slow. We need a player like him who gets the ball and quickly looks to play it forward.
