We don't know what the next second will bring and what a fantastic thing this is. This can get easily forgotten in the routine of life, and that's something I'm trying to bring to my attention at all times. Don't forget you're alive. We're not dead, you know. This is the greatest thing.”

This is not good reading if you work for the Premier League. Shows the true extent of how fans have had enough of their stranglehold. There will be several clubs weeping in their empty stadium's at the very low numbers they are getting.

£15 is too overpriced. I’m not surprised people don’t want to pay it.

I am glad fans have done this, when people moan about the prices they never usually follow through with it. However fans are showing the premier league that its too high which I am glad about.

Basic economics here and the supply and demand curve. 20,000 fans between Sheff U and Leicester is shit considering they fill stadiums 30k and 25k between them and thats not even the armchair fans.

So basic maths 20k fans buying at £14.95 is around £300,000 made. I think you are probably looking at a price between £4.95 and £10.00 to actually attract more fans and make just as much money.

What I have absolutely no sympathy for is the argument is that it should be free, that is a very entitled thing to say. As a Sky and BT Customer the service I have paid for is the same pre covid so no qualms there.

Mike Ashley said it should be £4.95 but it would be interesting to see if they make just as money charging it low.

Take Leicester and Sheff United, for it to be £4.95 means 60k would have to pay to watch it and currently 20k pay for it at £14.95.

I'm staggered they even got 40,000. Surely season ticket holders have a deal like iFollow at less than £14.95, so the PPV deal only attracts hangers-on. Why pay for that game when there are games on Sky? Perhaps they don't have Sky? Forgot that.

Just been reading about it and the Clubs say it's been a success with around 40k people on average paying to watch? Which is similar to a full stadium?

4 more matches have been picked for next month and until people decided to not buy it (say less than 10k?) They will just continue to do it regardless if it's making money.

The type of people who will be paying this are type of people that live in the South East and buy all 3 Man U kits every season and watch all their games on sky

    In other words Wankers
