This is my area of expertise, Most Alcoholics don't think they have a problem and laugh it off.
If you Drink Alcohol every day then you have a problem no matter how small.
In fairness alot of folk drink everyday and manage to function and go about their daily lives fine but they are dependent on Alcohol they just don't admit it.
Personally I think you need to have a few dry days in a week to let your body recover.
