Who is jimbo? I'm intrigued. Oh and i own both but it is a fact live has a far superior interface and much greater options. It also has many more dedicated servers so there is less lag and drop outs. You've also many more people to play with.....

I prefer my ps3, it has more obscure japanese games $-D but i wouldn't pretend home was better, it could possibly be the most tedious place on the net, plus it crashes when you castle during chess!

Mitch I've got stacks of the things. But i've decided when my subscription runs out in august...ish...im actually going to use them up.

Xbox live is much better than psn, as crucially- it works.

Sony are looking to implement a paid subscription- but not for online gaming. It'll be interesting to see what it entails, and if they will fix the brokeness of psn as a result

The one thing i like about psn, is that most people dont have headsets, so unlike xbox live, i dont have o have a headset plugged in, just to mute everyones voices.

Some people do love the sound of their own voice though. On Grid, there were quite a lot of Brits and there always seemed to be a scouser or a brummie rambling on nonstop about utter bollocks, to themselves. And, of course, casual racism was rife and the foreigners were just as bad for it, especially the French.

Yeah spot on. Have you tried playing halo? Its just 14 year old kids screaming racist comments and wierd noises.
If they know your british all you hear is "harry potter and crumpets" as if they are the only 2 things to ever come out of the country!
