JB got player of the season in the promotion winning 07/08 season and scored a great goal on the final game against Yeovil but he hardly played a game last season so it's abit unfair to say that really.. Alot of Forest fans have forgotten how gold he is because they haven't seen him play in ages.

I'm not really sure he is 'gold' at all really. He has absolutely no final ball at all when he gets up in and around the box. Always tries that silly flick to cut across a player that is very predictable. He is an alright tackler.

I think it was his passion to win more than anything that got him the player of the season. It's good having that desire in league one without the ability you can get away with it, but I really doubt that's the case in this league.
