You get a bit of stick, but I think you're alright

In your opinion which member of the current squad deserves this moniker.

I'd probably go for Luke Chambers. A bit of a defensive scapegoat, but always gives 100%, often plays out of position and does a pretty cool goal celebration

This thread will now descend into a debate on who is better, Paul Smith or Lee Camp

Perch.
I don't remember any player played out of position so much. Most stick is from people who don't understand the holding midfeilder roll.

Big Wes has had stick from day one, but we love him. He's been in midfield, up front lone striker but we know he's massive.

It's ironic because this is the response to give if you want the thread to go on at least 20 pages.

Perch every day of the week, think he'll prove alot of his critics wrong next season if played in his prefered role

For me, it has to be Paul Smith.

BRING ON THE CAMP OR SMITH DEBATE!!!

I actually do seriously believe this by the way.

Perch and Smith (although 'alright' is insufficient for my thoughts on their contributions). I do think Chambers is 'alright' but is oft lambasted as worse.

Garner seems to get quite a lot of stick, mostly from people who don't realise he's very 'work in progress'

He's still probably my favourite footballer.

I thought during his second spell with us he was ridiculously overrated. If we had the likes of Cohen and McGugan in the side at the stage it would've shown his true ability.

The only reason he gets stick now is because he got himself sent off and arguably cost us our play off final spot. He was overrated and now is quite rightly hated.

In his second spell, even though he was coming back from a serious injury, he showed enough in his movement and workrate to show that he was still an excellent player.

Regarding his sending off - at least he was one of the few of our players to show some passion during 'that' game! It would be very sad if any Forest fans 'hated' him for that. I certainly don't.
