Nicky Shorey on loan until the end of the season & Darren Pratley from Swansea for £1.5M
Newcastle will sign Victor Moses for £1.75M & Forest will sign Majewski on a permanent deal in the summer.

For me the real question is 'will we sign anyone worthwile' - for me I'd just buy shorey and try to tie up majik other than that not bothered in the slightest about pratley.

I think we'll sign someone, I just have no idea who or how many.
Also have no idea whether it'll be Raddy, Shorey or someone completely new. Or whether it'll be a loan or a permanent deal.
I just believe that at least one new face will arrive.
I don't think we're going to add players just for the sake of it. Look at Newcastle, they have loaned Fitz Hall from QPR and signed Mike Williamson from Portsmouth. Neither of them, to me, improve their side really.
Mike Ashley disgusts me anyway. He came out the other day and said they would be making no more 'silly signings on silly wages' and would limit any future signings to wages of £40,000-a-week.
This guy is unreal. £40,000-a-week in this league is absolutely insane. I really wouldn't care if that f***ing club went to the wall.
I think Camp was on loan here for the maximum 93 days, hence why would couldn't extend his loan. I think we can only sign Shorey on a season-long loan now. Don't know if you can do that once the window is closed, though.

Apart from the ones that are already here i;e raddy the answer in a big fat NO and why , because many people are already saying we don't need them , or it will upset the harmony bollocks like that but what it really comes down to is ambition even though we are competing very well we will continue with what we have and then have to listen to the bull about how and why players didn't want to come to us or how we tried so hard but it's difficult blar blar, typical Forest , typical Jan :wacko:

the only thing i'm worried about if we don't sign someone is if we begin to lose that "feel good factor" , i'm sure we all expected to bolster the squad if we were in a good position with some real quality and as we find ourselves in 2nd it would be a bit of a let down to be honest if we didn't grab this chance to really enhance further our chances for the final months of the season , i know that without any new players we'll still give it a good go and i think we have the best squad anyway but it'd only take a defeat or two for the doom & gloom merchants to come out and point at january and lack of incoming transfers as the catalyst of the downfall . at the moment the whole club is flying and if we did bring in just one or two that'd keep the "feel good factor" and hopefully our momentum going as well.
