second leg is around 12th May with the final on 22nd May
 
My Sister gets Married on the 8th of May.

I can offer a cast iron guarantee, our first match will be on this day just to piss me off.

That would depend where we finish wouldn't it?

I'm pretty certain whoever is in 3rd and 4th would play Away first.

That's what happened against **Shudder** Yeovil.

I'm 99% sure that those games against Yeovil were midweek games...

Maybe its different in League 1?

Yes you're right. I think that would be to our advantage though as we could nick a draw away from home then do the team over in the second leg.
 
It can't be the 8th of May - that's Enrique Ingesias' birthday, the vast majority of Forest fans will be outside his house sending best wishes. I know I will be.

I'd rather be there if the alternative is watching another Yeovil *shudder* performance. But I'm sure we'll find a better way to lose in this season's playoffs.

My flight from Spain to London on the 22nd is now booked, only £90, worth the gamble :). I do hope the game doesn't go into extra-time though, otherwise I'll miss the flight back again. And the missus might realise I've not been sat round the pool with her all day :eek:

The semi final dates could be anytime.

Nothing will be finalised until they know who's in them. Sky, Police and both clubs will have their say.

I've done the same. Got a £19 flight back from Portugal booked for the 21st as my flight on the 22nd wouldn't get back in time.

Price worth paying even though it feels like tempting fate somewhat.
 
thought there was usually one game on a Sat and the other midweek?
 
The Yeovil "shudder" semi finals were held on consecutive Friday nights. The Sheffield United ones were on a Saturday and then the following Thursday night.

With the final being on the 22nd, that give two weeks from the final day to play the semi's and get all the tickets sorted out. They usually give 10 days for clubs to allocate tickets so the likelihood is that the first leg will be on the over the weekend at some point, Friday Sat or Sun, and then the 2nd leg on the following Tues, Weds, Thurs, dependant on when the 1st leg is, when tv want it, when the police want it, and what Premiership games are being played on that weekend.
 
I've told my Sister that if we're playing, I'll not be at her wedding.

This didn't go down well.

Then I suggested the wedding could be moved so I could go to both.

This also didn't exactly get met with approval.
