What pub for the derby game

I have my brother in law and neice coming over for the Derby game next week, wondered what put we could go in as they are both Derby supporters, i know Amici wont let them in if they have Derby shirts on, are there other pubs local that wont let them in either?

The only option is to ask him to cover his shirt up and come into amici's :)

Thing is he hates Forest and i cant see him being comfortable amongst us red dogs......he will stand out like a sore thumb :)

dont think they will be many pubs in nottingham letting derby fans in to be honest! your best bet is have a drink out of town if you can!

I expect that there will be nowhere local to the City Ground that will welcome Derby supporters, even the well wishing visitors. And, if your relatives aren't comfortable in Red company then it might well be a good idea to drink further afield and then head straight to the game.

It's a shame really but given the recent trouble following our visit to Ramtown, there may be some who wouldn't take kindly to trotters on our turf. It's a shame really.

The Meadow Club will be the main place for Away fans - certainly where the Police will escort the Sheep if they take them to a pub. But on the flip side of that it will be Away only so you won't be able to have a drink in there with him.

You could try the Lady Bay Pub 5 mins past the ground (past McDonalds) left(ish) at the lights. They usually have home and away fans mixing quite well in there but prob best to give them a ring just to be on the safe side for this fixture.

i drive for between 3 and 5 hours to forest home games, make sure you're tank is full and you'll have no problem

Simple rule
DONT wear colours if you want a drink at an away match,
then you can go where you like, as long as you dont get drunk and start talking about sheeep.
I have been in some of the most notorious pubs in the land , but no colours and behave , you get in. AND ENJOY!!!
