What Happened To This Guy/Lad

It was announced that a year's training contract had been offered to Chinese teenager Zhao Zhihao who would be joining the Club Academy in January and to also attend South Notts College to study English. Work permit rules preclude him from playing in competitive games, but he will train on a daily basis. He finished third in a Television contest ‘Soccer Prince’ - a Chinese football version of ‘Pop Idol’ and is likely to accompany Forest’s first team squad on it's forthcoming pre-season tour of China.

I know the tour was cancelled and called off for some reason but does anyone know what happened to this kid?

He came across, did pretty well, then went back across to China last December.

Yes I remember seeing the article saying he was going back.

I remember something in one of the programmes that he finshed his time and college and then went home, but was a very popular fella .

Think the prize was just a years experience

Ha, I love the random names given to foreigners when people can't pronounce their original name.

We had a lad from Zambia at my college and he was just known as Frank . . .

They do that with the chinese students where I work, it's bloody annoying because on the systems their names aren't actually Derek or Jim, so if you are just given a name to look up it can be a reet goose chase. :
