... a Sadpie to be exact. What the f*** are Notts playing at signing him? Obviously McParland thinks he knows something having worked with him at Forest, but I've never seen/heard any Forest fans speak well of him. Very odd, I thought the bloke was made for the Conference :)

I remember him missing an open goal against Preston or someone. That's it.

He had huge prospects though - Playing for England youth teams and all sorts as well as bagging a few for Kettering this season. There's obviously some talent there.

yes. It was basically an open net and he was only in the side because our first team was mostly rested for the play offs, and despite that being an excellent season he played little to no part in it. To sumarise, he's rubbish.

hes proven himself in that league and a team 1step above him have took a gamble on him snatching him before he signed a new deal.

are you saying you wouldnt take any players currently in league 1?

I know!

That Pleat especially is a right mug. Before he came we were snapping up gems like Rogers and Impey. It was like watching the bloody Harlem Globe Trotters of football. Now we only ever seem to come up with dross like Cohen and Blackstock. It really won't do.

Like you say at least County are signing someone. We should call Eugene Dadi ASAP if we've still got his number knocking about somewhere.

Fair play to the guy, besides what the f**k are you so concerned anyway, its not like forest have resigned him. I would think he has worked on and improved his game somewhat, don't you? Give the guy a break, geeez! Sounds like you've played at conf level or higher..?
