NO! iI'm basing it on the job he's been doing with the reserves over the last few years. The last manager who was promoted within the club was Paul Hart and he built a team that got us to the playoffs playing the best football we've played so far this century.

And regarding him not wanting the job, if i've learnt anything about football, never believe ANYTHING that ANYONE ever says in interviews to the press.

glad im not the only person that actualy thought derby played crap they didnt realy worry us in the 1st half, but good god we where the worse Ive ever seen us in nearly 20 years, and weve had some bad performances, there is no possitives to come out of this game, my only hope is we can pick points up against reading, we needed 4 points from the last 2 games we have none.
