Not gonna wish you good luck because i'd be lying but i'd accept us finishing above you providing we are both not relegated. Think you'll have an half decent season personally, quite afew 1 nil wins(thats a tip for you) football nowt to shout about and plenty of wee billy krankie moans and groans. Think we'll comfortably finish above yer. Let the battle commense :)

We'll be better than we were last season. FACT. Check out our AMBITION.

See you on the 29th.

You really think you can finish above us? Look at the difference in squads. We have about 6 key players, while you have one and he is a forest reject..

Think we'll both be better this season, the key players you say have got to earn that right to be considered KEY, you know they wont all fire, Mckenna will be your best signing, the rest very average, you need to keep hold of Earnshaw, he's your main hope, in my opinion of course.

as expected i dont think many would agree, from the signings you lot have made personally i cant see you finishing much further up the table than last season. from my personal point of view i woulnd be very optomistic about the season in front having made signings such as the fella from ilkeston town and saul deeny. at best i see you finishing anywhere between 12th-16th

from a forest point of view... yes i see us having a much better season than last year. with the signings we have made they are proven championship players. most of which we had on loan last season and did fairly well. weve spent a fair amount of cash so we will be expecting a fair amount of improvement on last year.
from my person point of view i see us finishing around 8th or 9th, not sure were quite ready yet.

should be a cracker bank holiday weekend, see you rams then!

This time round, I think we'll fair better than you guys, significantly better too. Don't think either will get promoted but I can't really see Derby pulling up any trees (awful attempt at punnery I know) this season and might well struggle.

But, as always, I could be completely wrong. You'll have a better idea of where your squad is at than myself and I must admit to being interested in how you guys get on this year.

We shall see.

Oi Ewe, stop trying to pull the wool over their eyes.

I'm fairly confident that we can do Derby over this year!
Last year, was a little different the Derby squad had so much more experience in this league than ours. Like the Derby team which played in the FA Cup match was: Bywater, Savage, Barazite, Teale, Hulse, Martin Albrechtsen, Ellington, Roy Carroll and Andy Todd.
And number we had was: 2 (Smith and Wilson)

But now, the Derby squad has become shit! with no real improvements to their squad, and our squad has been boostered a lot with experience.

It's all about opinions

Most Sheep fans I know predict that we will be in the top half of the table and that you will be nearer the relegation places after Non-League Nigel's summer signings. We have six (that's 6) quality strikers. How many do you have.... one (1)? :D

Derby have some good players such as Hulse, Davies and Commons but without them, they are f**ked. You saw how shit they did without them last year. Commons and Davies are both injury prone aswell. Croft didn't save Norwich from relegation, and he won't save you.

By that thought then Leek, most of the players you've bought in were with you on loan last season and did you notice where you finished, if you want to mention the word s hit, i'd have a closer look at home :nowink:

A lot of the loanees came in towards the end and saved us from almost certain doom - hence why we signed them, along with a number of others, and feel reasonably confident of a comfortable season at the very least.

Didn't know it was a spelling test Phooey, you'd be better commenting on your team and not on peoples mistakes, hope this helps.

yes most were on loan, but... prior to davis coming in was the vast majority of the cause of us bein in the position we were in. after which when davis came in and brought in the player he did, we then improved on what we had prior to davies coming in. billy seems to have got the club by its knackers now, kicked out all the dead wood and from my point of view wer in the best position we have been in since the championship playoff season a few years back.

Much better. Can you see how much clearer your comments are when you spend a little more time on it?

Next week you'll learn how to use cutlery and why eating your young is wrong... :nowink:

To be fair, Forest & Derby have been interlinked for years and years and years. Both clubs talk to each other, we sign each other's players and managers and I'd imagine staff as well. Truth is, I'd want to see Derby do well because it boosts the interest in football in the east mids. More interest = more coverage = better players = better football for us all.

We still gonna finish above you though sheep. Good luck :p
