bit of a long shot i know but is anyone travelling from norwich area going through thetford for the watford game ? been trying to sort a train out but the times are incompatible with kick off and coach service doesn't seem to be running . i'd obviously pay petrol money and bring some leftover turkey .

To anyone who is thinking of travelling by train, the following link is very depressing to read:

Spot the rail company that is providing Boxing Day services. In an earlier posting, I mentioned that Virgin were running trains (their booking facility provided train times for Boxing Day) but they've now changed their minds.

With Virgin trains, London Overground and London Midland not running services, this means Watford Junction will be closed. I looked on the London Underground site to see if the Metropolitan Line is running into Watford's underground station and it says information will be available mid December.

Hopefully, Nottingham Forest will lay on extra coaches for those in Nottingham but I feel sorry for fans who wish to travel from other areas.

yeah it's a bit of a nightmare , i think i'm going to piss my missus off by taking the car off her as she wanted to go to her sisters . hope we still manage to take a few for this one but the earlier kick off hasn't helped .

im debating driving to this one but not having any luck talking the wife or brother into going, so if anyone wants to share petrol costs then I might just drag my arse down there.
