Upgrading an u18 ticket?

ALiSTAiR

Well, after a 5 hour wait for play-off tickets the system has glitched and given me an u18 ticket, is there any way of upgrading and if so how?

yeah just ring them up or go to the ticket office when it isn't so busy, and you can pay the difference to upgrade to anadult or whatever.

erm, im not sure about on the night.

best option just contact customer services or something like that and get info off them.

i seem to remember clubs forcing fans to upgrade their concession tickets if they suspected them to be adults when entering the ground, not sure if thats relevant at all.

Where is it for? :ninja:

Very back row of Brian Clough in M block - completely the wrong side for the ticket office. lol

Hmm, you might get away with it, you probs will, I just know that the Turnstile Operators on the other side for upper tier check tickets etc...

The turnstiles in the Clough nearest the Trent End definitely check the tickets, 9/10 have to produce student ID on the gate

If the ticket office is open on matchday (might not be if they've got nowt to do) then you can get it upgraded.

May as well do it now though, it's not worth the risk and they do check tickets.

Mum just rang up and the woman said just take the ticket to the office on match day and they'll upgrade it. Also it's bound to be open with people collecting tickets.

Yeh but you don't collect them from the ticket office, do you? It's the window at the back of the mainstand. I'm guessing it will be open though anyway.

Oh, I've never had to collect tickets before, I'm sure it'll say on the website if it is or isn't.
