I know this is NEP but even so, it does say the pair are keen on a move....

Forest players Wilson and Tyson are transfer targets for rivals

NOTTINGHAM Forest will have to fight off interest in both Nathan Tyson and Kelvin Wilson, as they look to retain their squad for another Championship promotion push.
Southampton may up their initial £400k offer for striker Tyson, which was rejected.
They will face competition from several Championship sides, who are also interested.
And Celtic have also renewed their pursuit of defender Wilson, who Hoops boss Neil Lennon played with at the City Ground.

It is believed that both players are keen on a move, following in the footsteps of James Perch, who was sold to Newcastle and Joe Garner, who joined Huddersfield on loan until January.
The Reds have tabled a £1.5m bid for Cardiff's Peter Whittingham and are also hot on the trail of Swansea's Darren Pratley and striker Jay Simpson, who is expected to be released by Arsenal.
They are also planning a loan move for Chelsea full-back Patrick van Aanholt, with Nicky Shorey unwilling to return to Forest.
Forest had made nine new signings by this stage last year and manager Billy Davies said: "I have advised the players we should target.
"In the current financial climate it is entirely right that the purchase and sale of players is left in the hands of the board."

Tell Southampton the only way we will give them Tyson, would be a swap+cash deal for Lambert.

£2.5mill + Tyson should do it.

Nah, that can't be Billy talking there.

The post gets it's stories from the internet these days as Forest tell them nothing, Paul Taylor is as much in the know as anyone on here, anyone who read his match report on Thursday and the crap contained in it will testify to that.

It is not called the NEP anymore, just the Nottingham Post, as it is printed once a day, in the morning, which means by the time it's read in the evening, most of the stories are a day and a half old.

And £3 mill plus for a third division player, you're having a laugh, let's buy Grant Holt while we're at it.

still here...

I hadn't realised it had changed its name until just now, shows how much attention I take! Just found a week old copy of the Post to be certain.

The paper is a bag o' shite anyways. No sodding jobs ever appear in there - bastards! lol

as i've hinted before Wilson is on a good wage a Forest so unless they offer him stupid money hes going nowhere
hes had one good season and has got noticed which is understandable alot of the reason for his poor form before was personal but he is a Tricky and loving life at Forest so there is no need for him to move

The Nottingham Post are advertising for a trainee reporter and I'd have jumped at the job if it wasn't back up there. As much as I love the area, I'm really settled down here now and don't want to move back up to the Midlands.

Probably best steering clear, though, from what everyone says!

To be fair I think wilson is 1 of our better players. For me personally i think its 50-50 he stays.I think he knows the club no they are in danger of loosin him and for me hes got them by the balls. I agree he does love his life here and playin for the reds but he probably is just wanting to be put level with some of the top line players this would reflect that the club recognise him as 1 of the stronger players. I can see why prob doubling his wages would hurt his future financially and as a player. The pull of playing in front of 50,000 fans every other week and the experience of champions league football is not bad. I know he might be on not a bad wage but if another company would pay you double wat you earn doing the same job i think we would find that hard to turn down.
