i foreal payed Plymouth $300,000 and osborn(64 rated) for a 55 rated CAM. ffs. overpriced bastard. Then i got that young and upcoming right back from arsenal for $120k. fifa is broken.

That's my understanding too bgd - no transfer or compensation fees are permitted.

Even if compensation is required - I believe we can get him as I highly doubt he will cost more than 600k. Not 100% sure though.
